franksilicon.com is a personal consulting site for study-abroad and IC career guidance. It has no accounts or e-commerce. The primary contact method is LINE, with an optional contact form.

Personal data collection

When you contact via LINE, your communication is handled by LINE's platform — see the LINE Privacy Policy.

If you use the contact form, we collect only what you provide: the topics you tick, your role (student/parent), your LINE ID or email, and an optional message. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry — never for marketing lists, never shared with third parties. The form requires your explicit consent before submission. To have your submitted data deleted, just let us know via LINE.

Browser local storage

This site uses localStorage to save your dark mode preference (light or dark). This data stays on your device only and is never sent to any server. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

No tracking cookies are used.

Third-party services
